Anthropocentric vs Theocentric
Big words are sometimes useful to understand.
To be anthropocentric is to be human-focused or to regard humans as most important in the universe.
To be theocentric is to be God-focused or to regard God as most important in the universe.
As Christians, we should be theocentric not anthropocentric. We should be concerned primarily about God and his kingdom than with ourselves.
In the singing of songs at Glue, we should also be theocentric. It is good and right for us to sing about God and his greatness. We need to remind each other of this, and it is also a right response to His glory. Praise God!

"You are worthy, our Lord and God,
to receive glory and honor and power,
for you created all things,
and by your will they were created
and have their being."
